Do you accept insurance?
Yes. Orders can be cancelled within 48 hours of being placed as long as the order has not already shipped, keep in mind some orders ship within 24 hours. After that time the standard return or exchange policy applies.
Yes we offer free domestic standard shipping for all US orders. If you need your item faster we do offer Expedited and Overnight shipping options.
Order processing time can vary. We do our best to stock all of the popular items so that we can ship them within 24 hours, however with the large selection we offer it is impossible to stock every frame in our warehouse.
If you are purchasing prescription lenses with your frame it can take an extra 1-4 business days depending on your prescription.
We know you want to receive your product quickly and we do our best to get orders shipped ASAP.
Please follow the steps below to return an item:
1. Before returning an item, please obtain a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number by logging into your account on our website or by emailing us. Returns without an RMA number will be rejected.
2. You have 30 days to return your item from the date it has been delivered.
3. All products must be returned with any unused warranty cards, instructions booklets, cleaning cloths, case and box if applicable. Returning an item with any missing accessories will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
4. We are not responsible for any lost packages. Returns must be sent prepaid by a trackable carrier, it's also recommended that you insure the package.
For exchanges and returns, International customers must cover the shipping charges to return the item.
We cannot credit taxes and duties back to the customers who are returning an item. We recommend you contact your countries customs office to see if they offer reimbursement of such fees.
Unfortunately prescription lenses are a custom order that cannot be reused. Therefore prescription lenses are only refunded at 50% of the purchase price paid.
We recommend that you know your frame size and if possible try the frame on locally prior to purchasing a frame with prescription lenses.
All of our products come with a 12 month manufacturer's warranty.

What is covered under warranty?
The frame warranty covers manufacturing defects but not damage induced by the wearer or due to excessive conditions such as heat, moisture, breakage, etc. There is no scratch warranty on sunglass lenses.
The lens warranty covers manufacturing defects, such as peeling coatings, but not damage induced by the wearer, such as abuse from rough handling, incorrect cleaning, etc.
Orders shipped outside of the United States may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees billed by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are billed once a shipment reaches the recipient's country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be paid by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and can't predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for more information.

DO YOU ACCEPT INSURANCE?
We unfortunately do not accept insurance, however, we can provide you with a detailed invoice that you can take to your insurance company for reimbursement. I would suggest contacting your insurance company first to ensure that they will issue the reimbursement.
